WHAT YOU’LL DO
Lead with Vision
Manage and mentor a growing team of programmatic media specialists. Foster a culture of curiosity, ownership, and operational excellence while helping shape the future of New Engen’s programmatic practice.
Drive Client Strategy
Lead programmatic strategy and planning across key client accounts and new business opportunities. Guide channel decisions across Display, CTV, OLV, Audio, and Digital OOH to meet and exceed business goals.
Champion Innovation
Own best-in-class programmatic practices—from campaign structure to audience targeting to optimization tactics. Stay on the forefront of platform capabilities and privacy developments to future-proof our work.
Shape the Ecosystem
Evaluate and grow relationships with DSPs, data providers, and publishers. Explore new tools and betas to help our teams test smarter and perform better.
Lead with Insights
Ensure operational excellence across execution, measurement, and optimization. Partner with cross-functional teams—including analytics, creative, and client services—to create integrated strategies rooted in performance.
Elevate Our Impact
Bring a strategic point of view to both internal stakeholders and clients. Translate performance data and trends into actionable insights and storytelling that supports growth and innovation.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 6+ years of experience in digital media, with at least 2 years leading programmatic teams
- Deep subject matter expertise in programmatic platforms (DSPs, CDPs, DMPs, etc.)
- Strong grasp of the programmatic landscape—including performance strategy, inventory, and measurement
- Proven track record of developing strategic, data-driven media plans across channels and verticals
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder, with experience in client-facing roles
- Creative problem solver with strong analytical and operational skills
- A growth mindset—eager to learn, evolve, and challenge what’s possible
- Experience with vendor vetting, contract negotiation, and platform partnerships is a plus
- Comfort navigating ambiguity, owning strategic outcomes, and building scalable system

Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000
The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidate’s qualifications and experience.
