WHAT YOU’LL DO

Support Programmatic Campaign Execution

  • Help manage the daily operations of programmatic campaigns across Display, Video, CTV, Rich Media, and Audio. Responsible for campaign set-up, pacing, and QA processes with attention to detail. 

Analyze and Optimize Performance

  • Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis, identifying optimization opportunities, key trends, shifts, and insights.

Deliver Insightful Reporting

  • Compile, analyze, and present campaign data with precision—ensuring every deliverable is accurate, insightful, and tailored to client goals.

Drive Creative Testing

  • Work closely with creative and media teams to ensure creative assets are aligned with campaign goals and tested effectively across platforms.

Drive Operational Consistency

  • Ensure documentation, billing details, and tracking inputs are accurate and aligned across internal systems and client-facing deliverables.

Problem-Solve with Purpose

  • Apply industry knowledge to help resolve campaign issues, uncover root causes, and recommend effective solutions.

Own Campaign Knowledge

  • Maintain a deep understanding of live campaigns and performance trends to confidently lead post-analysis conversations and performance reviews.
 

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 1–2 years experience in programmatic media. Working knowledge in DSPs and technologies such as TTD, DV360 and Amazon Ads DSPs
  • Familiarity with media planning, platform best practices, and campaign optimization
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience working in the Retail Media Network field
  • Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced, client-facing role
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over your work
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and competing priorities
  • Ability to work well in a dynamic, collaborative environment and stay adaptable in the face of change
  • A strong alignment with New Engen’s values and a passion for growing your media skill set

Salary Range: $55,000- $60,000

The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidate’s qualifications and experience.
