WHAT YOU’LL DO

Are you a social, detail-oriented individual with a passion for nurturing relationships, information organization, and an eagerness to learn? We’re looking for an Account Coordinator who is ready to jump into the world of creative growth strategy for top-tier, digitally native consumer brands. In this role, you’ll work closely with both clients and internal teams to gain the foundational skills necessary to support (and grow into) an Account Manager.

As an Account Coordinator, you'll assist in bridging our clients and internal team, honing your skills while supporting the day-to-day needs of client accounts. This is your opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive in a dynamic environment surrounded by talented professionals.

What you'll be diving into day-to-day:

• Support the Account Management team by facilitating communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring deliverables and timelines are met
• Organize and track creative assets, updates, and feedback for client campaigns
• Assist in translating performance metrics into actionable insights for the creative team
• Help develop and manage creative testing strategies and landing page optimizations
• Ensure that all client-facing reports and presentations are polished and accurate
• Participate in client calls and meetings, taking detailed notes and following up on action items

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Digital marketing knowledge around Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snap
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Effective communicator, capable of relaying clear updates and feedback to both clients and team members
• A proactive attitude with a love for collaboration and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with social media platforms and trends is a plus
• Very familiar with Google Suite and Slack

Salary Range: $42,500-$50,000
The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
