WHY NEW ENGEN?
At New Engen, we help brands grow, not just bigger, but smarter. We’re a digital marketing agency built to drive meaningful impact across the entire customer journey, blending media, creative, analytics, influencer, and retail strategies into performance-driven campaigns.
Some clients partner with us through long-term agency relationships. Others tap into specialized solutions - like Donut Studios, our in-house creative studio for platform-native and short-form content, or Acorn Creator Suite, our influencer marketing solution built for retail impact. While each solution brings its own focus and flavor, they’re all part of how we deliver for our clients, together, as one team.
We’re a collaborative group of strategists, creatives, analysts, and makers who are all in on helping brands, and each other, thrive. We work hard, stay humble, and build with purpose
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Come join the team that empowers New Engen to use data to solve our clients’ most complex digital marketing challenges. With deep, insightful data solutions, we help our partners bring their visions to life by efficiently getting their message to potential customers. As part of the Advanced Analytics & Measurement team, you’ll provide the reporting, insights, and frameworks that drive performance across our client portfolio.
We’re looking for a Lead Analyst who embodies a growth mindset and brings 5+ years of marketing analytics experience. In this role, you’ll own the delivery of high-impact analytics across multiple accounts, guiding projects from start to finish with a disciplined, organized, and detail-oriented approach. You’ll act as the primary contact for analytics workstreams, managing communications with both internal stakeholders and external clients while serving as a key liaison between media and data engineering teams. A proactive problem-solver and confident communicator, you’ll translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and advocate for analytics throughout the organization.
Your work will include designing and delivering dashboards, reports, forecasts, and scenario plans using BI tools like Tableau or Looker, as well as building and maintaining SQL queries to support data exploration, reporting, and ad hoc analysis. You’ll develop measurement frameworks and performance strategies aligned with marketing goals, including leading the output storytelling of Media Mix Models. Alongside execution, you’ll maintain thorough documentation of data sources, methodologies, and processes while identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance analytics workflows and team efficiency.
While this role does not currently include direct people management, you’ll play a key mentorship role by supporting and guiding junior analysts, helping shape a collaborative, high-performing analytics team.
